We provide online scheduling for our aesthetic and medical spa services, including injectables, facials, laser treatments, microneedling, IV therapy, nutritional shots, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). By booking online, you agree to comply with our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on our Site.

To schedule appointments or purchase certain services, you may be required to create an online account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.3 Gift Cards and Memberships
Gift cards and memberships may be purchased through the Site. Additional terms and conditions may apply to each program. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation conducted in Boulder County, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear its own costs, and any award rendered may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Boulder County, Colorado.
