Jessica Tingwald, Founder and CEO of The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa, brings over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and a specialization in non-surgical facial sculpting and skin rejuvenation. With a passion for aesthetic and functional medicine, she combines clinical expertise with an artistic touch to deliver natural, personalized results.

Jessica takes pride in listening to her clients’ unique needs and creating customized care plans that inspire confidence. Her warm leadership and dedication have made The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa a trusted destination for advanced, client-centered care.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Sue Arnes leads The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa with professionalism, confidence, and a passion for coaching.

She excels in guiding staff to achieve their best, fostering teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with clients. Sue is highly skilled in spa operations, inventory management, and driving sales growth, ensuring every client experience reflects the spa’s high standards.

Her values of curiosity and collaboration allow her to develop creative solutions and inspire those around her. Sue is dedicated to helping the team thrive and creating an environment where clients feel truly cared for.

Janessa is a superstar at managing the daily flow of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients.   

Not only does Janessa possess over 20 years of management experience, but she's also a licensed Cosmetologist with a passion for skin.

Janessa routinely goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional client experience for everyone who visits our spa.

In her off time, she enjoys crafting, spending time with her family, and being outdoors. 

Dianna is a dedicated, bachelor-prepared nurse with 18 years of clinical experience in critical care. Since 2020, she has expanded her expertise into the field of aesthetics, becoming a highly skilled aesthetic nurse. Dianna holds certifications in injectables, manual resurfacing, and laser treatments, allowing her to offer a wide range of advanced cosmetic procedures. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she takes pride in delivering safe, up-to-date treatments that achieve natural, refined results for each client. Dianna’s commitment to excellence and personalized care is at the heart of her practice, ensuring the best possible outcomes for those she serves. 

Haley is a skilled registered nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for patient-centered care. She holds a degree in Human Biology and a Master of Science in Nursing, and is currently working toward her Family Nurse Practitioner certification, expected in August 2025.

She began her career in women’s health, including labor and delivery and reproductive endocrinology, which shaped her holistic approach and appreciation for the link between inner wellness and outer confidence. Haley is dedicated to evidence-based practice and natural results, empowering clients through customized aesthetic care.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys skiing, hiking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

This practice is medically overseen by Dr. John Gallen, MD. He is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with 30 years of private practice experience in the field of medicine.  

His training includes Boston University Medical Center and New England Medical Center Boston MA with a fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.

Chelsea DoDero, a Longmont native, has over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics. After beginning her career as a Medical Assistant in 2009, she followed her passion for skincare and became a licensed esthetician in 2014. Chelsea has worked in dermatology practices, medical spas, and day spas, combining her medical knowledge with a love for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Colorado’s great outdoors, and tackling creative home projects.

Michaela, a proud Colorado native, brings over eight years of exceptional customer service experience to The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa. Known for her friendly demeanor and commitment to excellence, she ensures every client feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive.

Michaela’s fearless approach to technology and creativity provides her the passion to create and build content for marketing and sharing what goes on behind the scenes at the Peaceful Poppy Med spa.

Michaela holds degrees in Astrophysics and Mathematics, reflecting her strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for animals, exploring her creative side, and relaxing with a good video game.

Kristin brings many years of experience in medical client support as a skilled surgical assistant in oral surgery, with a talent for problem-solving, organization, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Known for her creativity and strong communication, she helps every client feel comfortable and cared for.

Kristin is certified in Dental Assisting and Phlebotomy, and her professional background reflects both precision and compassion.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her three kids and their spouses, spending time with her husband and adorable dogs, and embracing new adventures. Fun fact — Kristin once owned and operated an ice cream and coffee shop in Saratoga, Wyoming!
